IT Legal Specialist
ODMOB Lawyers is a specialist law firm that only acts for IT companies. It was started by Dr. Adrian McCullagh who is the only practicing lawyer in Australia who has a Ph D in IT security. He been in practice for more than 30 years concentrating on IT and IT security.
Dr McCullagh is a Research Fellow at the Law Futures Center at Griffith University and is a member of the Standards Australia Technical Committee on Blockchain.
Experience
Dr McCullagh has acted for all 3 tiers of Australian Government as well as large listed organizations as well as assisting small to medium and start up companies in achieving the business goals.
He offers practical advice. For a number of years, he was the principal for a start company that was later sold to a much larger organisation.
He understands the pressures involved in advancing a business to either a trade sale or IPO.
